(HOTEL RULES)

  1. General provisions:
    1. These Rules set out the principal requirements for using the services of the Hotel, which operates within the territory of Ukraine in the field of providing temporary accommodation services to Guests, and govern the relations between Customers and the Hotel as the provider of the said services.
    2. In these Rules, terms and definitions are used in accordance with Section 1 of the Public Offer (Agreement) for the provision of temporary accommodation services.
  2. Services provided by the Hotel:
    1. The Hotel provides Basic Services, which are included in the cost of accommodation, as well as Additional Services, which are provided for a separate charge.
    2. Basic Services include: provision of a Room for temporary accommodation, cleaning of Rooms, calling emergency medical assistance, delivery of correspondence to the Room, a wake-up call at a specified time, and use of the Wi-Fi service.
    3. The scope of Basic Services provided may vary depending on the category and type of Room.
    4. The Hotel or other persons on the Hotel premises provide Additional Services beyond those included in the list of Basic Services, which are ordered and paid for by the Customer separately in accordance with the Price List.
    5. Cleaning of Rooms (dusting, taking out rubbish, washing glasses, cleaning bathrooms) is carried out daily. If a Guest does not wish their Room to be cleaned, they should use the «Do Not Disturb!» sign, which is available in every Room.
    6. After every Guest check-out, a full cleaning of the Room is carried out.
    7. Towels are changed daily, and bed linen once every three days. At the Guest’s request, additional replacement of towels and bed linen is carried out.
  3. Internal accommodation regulations at the Hotel:
    1. The Hotel operates around the clock.
    2. The check-in and check-out procedure at the Hotel is defined as follows: check-in registration at 14:00 and check-out registration at 12:00 the following day.
    3. A Room at the Hotel is provided only upon the Guest presenting a passport or another identity document provided for by applicable law (electronic identification and authentication of the Guest via the Diia Portal mobile application is permitted), and a completed Guest Registration Form of the established format. After making full payment for the Services and completing the Registration Form, Guests receive the key (card) to the Room from a Hotel Employee.
    4. A Room is provided for use with a specified number of beds. If it is necessary to accommodate additional occupants in the Room and the Room is equipped for their accommodation, such occupants are accepted for a separate charge. Additional accommodation is possible in Rooms of the «Comfort Plus», «Deluxe with Balcony», and «Suite» categories.
    5. Children under 18 years of age may be accommodated at the Hotel only together with adults (parents, guardians, adoptive parents).
    6. Accompaniment of a child by another person (a caregiver, another close relative, a teacher, a club leader, etc.): the accompaniment of a child is arranged by a written statement from the child’s legal representative (parents, adoptive parents, or guardians), stating that such person is authorised to accompany the child throughout the established period of stay. The availability of documents confirming accompaniment of the child is a mandatory condition for the accommodation of the child at the Hotel. In their absence, the Hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or to require the provision of the relevant accompanying documents.
    7. From 22:00 to 8:00, quiet must be maintained on the Hotel premises and its grounds. During this time it is prohibited to play audio systems and televisions at high volume in the Rooms.
    8. Visitors may come to see Hotel Guests from 9:00 to 21:00. The Customer must give consent for visitors to come, and a Hotel Employee keeps a record of all Hotel visitors. The Customer is responsible for the visitor. If necessary, a Hotel Employee has the right to check the visitor’s documents.
    9. Smoking in the Room and other Hotel premises is prohibited, except in specially designated areas. A fine is imposed for smoking on the Hotel premises. In the event of repeated smoking in prohibited areas, the Hotel administration has the right to evict the Guest unilaterally without refunding the cost of the services provided.
    10. If a Guest wishes not to be disturbed, they may hang the «Do Not Disturb!» sign, which is part of the Room’s equipment, on the outer door handle. The reverse side of the sign reads «Please Make Up the Room!». A Guest may hang this sign if they consider the Room to be insufficiently cleaned.
    11. Compliance with the internal regulations at the Hotel is monitored by a Hotel Employee (the receptionist). They provide Guests with explanations regarding the Hotel Rules and receive complaints from them about the conduct of staff and other Guests that violates the established order of operation.
    12. At the Guest’s request, an ironing set (an ironing board and an iron) is provided to the Room.
  4. Rules for the use of Hotel property:
    1. The Hotel provides Guests with furnished Rooms of the appropriate category and type for accommodation, equipped with household appliances (television, hairdryer, refrigerator, etc.), plumbing fixtures, and other equipment. The Hotel Rooms and common areas are insulated and have modern finishes, engineering networks, equipment, and furnishings that meet all requirements as of the time of commissioning.
    2. Guests must treat the Hotel’s property with care, use the equipment for its intended purpose, and comply with fire safety requirements.
    3. In the event of discovering damage to property, technical malfunctions, or emergency incidents (flooding, fire, broken glass, etc.), a Hotel Employee must be notified immediately.
    4. After checking into the Room, within one hour the Guest has the right to notify a Hotel Employee of any discovered defects in the furnishings and equipment of the Hotel Room. In the absence of such notice, and if a Hotel Employee discovers the loss or damage of Hotel property upon the Guest’s departure, the Guest shall pay for the material damage in full.
    5. Upon check-in to the Room, the Guest is given a key (a plastic card), which they are obliged to return on the check-out date. In the event that the Guest loses the key, a fine is charged.
  5. On the Hotel premises it is prohibited to:
    1. invite and bring unauthorised persons into the Rooms, except in the cases specified by these Rules;
    2. hand over the Room key to third parties;
    3. store bulky items and objects in the Room other than suitcases (boxes, cartons larger than 100 x 100 x 100 cm, bicycles, scooters, mopeds, etc.);
    4. move or remove furniture and relocate interior objects;
    5. smoke in the Rooms and other areas not designated for smoking;
    6. disturb the peace of other Hotel Guests from 22:00 to 08:00 by making noise or clamour;
    7. store or bring in weapons, explosive and flammable, caustic, toxic, or poisonous agents and substances, narcotic substances, and other dangerous items. Guests who have the right to carry and store weapons are obliged to notify a Hotel Employee of this on the day of arrival, presenting the relevant permit documents;
    8. soil, destroy, or damage the Hotel’s property located on the Hotel premises and its grounds;
    9. accommodate visitors in the Room after 21:00 without payment and registration of their stay at the Hotel;
    10. remain in the Room without payment after the end of the temporary accommodation period, past 12:00 on the check-out date;
    11. take Hotel property as a «souvenir»;
    12. remove tableware and cutlery from the Rooms and beyond the food service establishments;
    13. litter the Hotel grounds with cigarette butts, rubbish, etc.;
    14. throw any objects or items from balconies or windows;
    15. use one’s own irons, electric heating appliances, immersion heaters, kettles, etc., that are not part of the Room’s equipment;
    16. light candles;
    17. and to commit any other acts that may cause harm directly to the Guest, to other Guests, to the Hotel and its property, to Hotel Employees, and to other persons.
  6. Rules for staying with animals:
    1. Animals with which accommodation at the Hotel is permitted include cats and dogs of non-fighting breeds weighing up to 5 kg. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a Guest with an animal.
    2. No more than two animals are permitted to stay in one Room at the Hotel.
    3. Staying with an animal is an Additional Service, charged at 500 UAH, which includes: a comfortable pet bed, food and water bowls, and a treat.
    4. Guests who arrive to stay at the Hotel with animals must have the animal’s passport and a certificate from a veterinary doctor with a record of all vaccinations administered to the animal.
    5. The Hotel reserves the right to determine whether the accommodation of each individual pet is possible.
    6. During the check-out of a Guest who stayed together with an animal, Hotel Employees inspect the Room for any damage, spoilage, or destruction of Hotel property. If defects are discovered upon departure, the Guest is obliged to compensate the Hotel for the damage caused, and a fine in the amount established by the Hotel is imposed on such Guest.
    7. Dogs may be walked only outside the Hotel grounds.
  7. Energy conservation:
    1. In the Rooms it is prohibited to use multi-socket adapters and extension cords, or high-power electrical appliances, including heating appliances, except where these appliances are part of the Room’s standard equipment or have been issued for use by Hotel Employees;
    2. Upon leaving the Room, all electrical appliances must be switched off. It is prohibited to leave electrical appliances and lighting switched on after leaving the Room.
    3. It is unacceptable to leave the cold and hot water taps running unnecessarily. It is prohibited to leave these taps (mixers) open after leaving the Room.
    4. In the absence of centralised power supply, electricity is provided by a backup generator. Electricity consumption from the backup generator is limited (it is recommended to switch off all electrical appliances, including televisions). Unreasonable use of it may lead to a power outage throughout the entire Hotel.
  8. Video surveillance:
    1. The Hotel grounds, all entrances to them, and the internal stairways and corridors are monitored by video cameras. All information is recorded, saved to digital media, and stored.
    2. Video surveillance is carried out for the purpose of the safety of Guests, their property, and the Hotel’s property. By accepting the Public Offer and signing the Registration Form, the Guest agrees and does not object to the use of video surveillance systems on the Hotel premises (with the exception of the Rooms and toilet cubicles).
