Modern Art Hotel
Modern Art Hotel is where architectural heritage meets contemporary art. Every room, every corridor, every detail of the interior is part of a living collection that grows and evolves. We don't just offer a place to stay — we create an experience worth returning to.
The Building
The building at 28 Shevchenka Avenue is an architectural landmark in the very heart of Lviv. Commissioned by engineer Karl Zygmunt Richtman and designed by architect Yakiv Ballaban, it features sculptural elements by Bronisław Sołtys. Over the years the building has served the people of Lviv and its visitors in many ways — today it embraces a new chapter while preserving the spirit of its era.
