Guest’s Consent to the Hotel’s Disclaimer of Liability for the Occurrence of Negative Consequences During an Air-Raid Alert

I, __________________________________________ (Guest’s full name), hereby confirm that I have been made familiar with the safety rules and measures in effect at Modern Art Hotel during an air-raid alert, and I agree to the following terms:

I confirm that I have been provided with information regarding the procedures to follow during an air-raid alert and the location of shelters, and I undertake to comply with all instructions of the Hotel’s Staff and the established safety rules.

I assume full responsibility for my life, health, and property during an air-raid alert.

I understand and agree that, notwithstanding the safety measures taken by the Hotel, under emergency conditions Modern Art Hotel bears no liability for any negative consequences affecting my property and health, including damage to property, any losses, or harm to health that may arise during an air-raid alert, as well as for the consequences of my acts or omissions.

This document is mandatory upon check-in at the Hotel, and its signing signifies full acceptance of the terms set out above.
